MAI TAI:

• 4 cl rum
• 2 cl. Cointreau
• 1 cl. Almond Syrup
• 1 cl Grenadine syrup
• 2 cl. lime juice
• Ice cubes

Procedure:
Shake all ingredients vigorously in a shaker and serve immediately in a tiki glass with lots of ice cubes, 2-3 lime wedges and mint leaves.

Pumpkin Pisco Sour:

• 2 cl Monin Pumpkin Spice syrup
• 4.5 cl Pisco
• 2.5 cl lime juice
• Egg white
• Ice cubes
  Procedure:
  Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass.

Pisco Sour

• 5 cl Pisco
• 3 cl lime juice
• 2.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1 dash of angostura bitters
• Egg white from an egg

Procedure:
Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your coupe glass using your fine strainer .
