Cocktails with Champagne Glass:

French 75

• 3 cl Geranium gin
• 1.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• Brut Champagne
  Garnish: a twist of lemon peel
  Instructions: Using your lime and citrus juicer, press fresh lemon juice into your champagne glass, add sugar syrup and gin, and top with champagne.

Aperol Spritz

• 5 cl Aperol
• 5 cl Prosecco / sparkling wine
• 1 cl soda
