Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass and serve.

Diamondback

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass and serve. When the jigger has been used, place your jigger on your drip tray.

Brooklyn:

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 cl Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 1 cl Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 cl Amer Picon

Using your strainer or julep strainer, strain the contents into your cocktail lowball glass.

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries
