• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe from your dash bottle

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse
  Instructions:

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 cl Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 1 cl Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 cl Amer Picon

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries

Pisco Sour

• 5 cl Pisco
• 3 cl lime juice
• 2.5 cl simple syrup
• 1 dash of Angostura bitters
• Egg white from one egg
  Instructions:
  Combine all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your coupe glass using your fine strainer.
