• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse
  Course of action:
  Put all the ingredients in your mixing glass and with your rough stirrer gently stir until the drink has cooled. Then strain into your coupe glass.

Brooklyn:

• 6 cl. Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 cl. Noilly prat Dry vermouth
• 1 cl maraschino liqueur
• 1cl Amer Picon

Manhattan:

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino berries

Pisco Sour

• 5 cl Pisco
• 3 cl lime juice
• 2.5 cl sugar syrup
• 1 dash of angostura bitters
• Egg white from an egg
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your coupe glass with your finestrainer .
