Classic pour spouts as we know them from the local bar, café, or pub. These pour spouts are primarily used by professionals, as they allow bartenders to quickly serve drinks, but we also see this type of pour spout becoming increasingly popular in homes.

These Non Drip pour spouts are always used with bottle holders, which can be wall-mounted or freestanding. For larger bottles, we recommend purchasing an additional rubber stopper.

Instructions:

1. Remove the cap from your spirit bottle and insert the pour spout into the bottle.
2. Invert your bottle and attach it to the bottle holder.
3. Press a shaker or glass against the pour spout, and the liquid will pour out.
4. Remove the shaker or glass, and the pour spout will refill with liquid for the next use.
   
   We recommend that if these are left hanging for an extended period, they should be removed and washed.

Classic recipes that use these:

Irish Coffee Recipe.

• 4 cl Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey
• 10 cl strong freshly brewed coffee
• 2 tsp lightly whipped cream.
• 2 tsp brown sugar

Preparation Method:
Warm an Irish Coffee glass by filling it with hot water, which is then poured out.
Add the whiskey to the glass.
Add sugar and fill almost to the top with coffee. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Carefully pour cold, lightly whipped cream into the glass, possibly over the back of a spoon, so it floats on top.

Optionally, use your grater and garnish with a little walnut.
Don't forget the Irish coffee spoon.
