“Grande Pistolero”
This delicious mocktail was the winner at the Danish Mocktail Championships 2022 and was created by Damiano Pezzi, bar manager at Nimb Hotel in Copenhagen.

Recipe:

• 5cl Lyres Amaretti
• 3cl fresh lemon juice
• 1.5cl Monin popcorn syrup
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your Boston shaker tin and add ice cubes. Shake thoroughly and strain into your lowball glass. Then add your homemade foam.
  
  Top with homemade foam
• 50 ml Ayran
• 200 ml egg white
• 200 ml pear puree
• 50 ml white chocolate syrup
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your cream siphon and infuse.

Bloody Mary

• 4 cl Vodka
• 4 cl Bloody Mary mix
• 0.5 cl Worcestershire sauce
• Tabasco
• Celery
• Black pepper
• Salt

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to your cocktail glass and serve.

Espresso Martini

• 5 cl Vodka
• 3.5 cl coffee liqueur
• 1 shot Espresso
• 3 ice cubes
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your martini glass and garnish with a couple of coffee beans.
