Recipes with Lime Squeezer

Pina Colada Recipe:

• 4 cl Light Rum
• 6 cl Coconut Cream
• 12 cl Pineapple Juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
  
  Instructions:
  The original recipe can be made in two ways. 1) Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass. 2) Place all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake well. Using your strainer, strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Ginger Colada

• 10 cl Apple Juice (preferably unfiltered for more character)
• 3 cl Homemade Ginger Syrup
• 6 cl Coconut Cream
• Ice Cubes
  
  Instructions:
  Blend all ingredients and pour into a hurricane glass.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl Cranberry Juice
• 2 cl Lime Juice

Instructions:
Place half a lime in your lime squeezer and extract 2 cl of lime juice. You can use a jigger to measure the correct amount. Add the lime juice and the remaining ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your martini glass.
