• 5 cl elderflower syrup

• 10 cl prosecco

• 5 cl sparkling water (or to taste)

How to make a Hugo Spritz

1. Fill a spritz glass (preferably 75 cl) with plenty of ice.

2. Add elderflower syrup , then prosecco and stir gently.

3. Top up with sparkling water.

4. Add fresh mint leaves and lime.

5. Stir briefly again and serve with a smile.
