Recipes that require a Muddler:

Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl white rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 1-2 bar spoons sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
• A splash of soda water
  Instructions:
  Place the lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently to avoid tearing the leaves. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.

Caipirinha Recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 bar spoons sugar
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaca, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with more crushed ice.

Bacardi Trick or Treat Cocktail:

• 5 cl Bacardi Blanca
• 1.5 cl St. Germain elderflower / elderflower syrup
• 2 cl lime juice
• 4 blackberries
• 7 cl ginger beer
  Instructions:
  Muddle the blackberries and lime juice. Add ice cubes, elderflower, and Bacardi, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with ginger beer.

Blueberry Caipirinha:

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 2 cl blueberry syrup
• 1 bar spoon sugar syrup
• ½ lime, cut into wedges
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your rocks glass. Muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and then Cachaca.
  Serve with a straw, possibly with a small spoon.

Strawberry Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl white rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 4-6 fresh strawberries
• 1-2 bar spoons sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
• A splash of soda water
  Instructions:
  Place lime, strawberries, and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously with your muddler. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently to avoid tearing the leaves. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.
