Non-Drip Pouring Stopper 2.5 cl

Classic pouring stoppers as we know them from the local bar, café, or pub. These pouring stoppers are primarily used professionally, as they allow bartenders to serve quick drinks easily and efficiently. However, we are also seeing this type of pouring stopper becoming increasingly popular in many households.

These Non Drip pouring stoppers are always used in conjunction with bottle holders, which can be wall-mounted or freestanding. If you plan to use them with larger bottles, we recommend purchasing an additional rubber stopper.

Instructions:

1. Remove the stopper from your spirit bottle and insert the stopper into your bottle.
2. Invert your bottle and mount it on your bottle holder.
3. Press a shaker or glass against the pouring stopper, and the liquid will pour out.
4. Remove the shaker or glass, and the pouring stopper will refill with liquid for the next use.
   
   We recommend that if these are left hanging for an extended period, you should remove and wash them.

Classic recipes where these are used:

Irish Coffee Recipe.

• 4 cl Tullamore D.E.W. Whiskey
• 10 cl strong freshly brewed coffee
• 2 tsp lightly whipped cream.
• 2 tsp brown sugar

Method:
Warm a Irish Coffee glass by filling it with hot water, which is then poured out again.
Add the whiskey to the glass.
Add sugar and fill almost to the top with coffee. Stir until the sugar has dissolved.
Gently pour cold, lightly whipped cream into the glass, possibly over the back of a spoon so it floats on top.

Optionally, use your grater to garnish with some walnuts.
