🌸 Sakura Bouquet

Ingredients:

• 1.5 cl Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup
• 1 cl Monin White Grape Syrup
• 10 cl chamomile tea (chilled)
• A little soda

Procedure:

• Pour the syrups into a glass.
• Add a little soda and stir gently.
• Fill the glass with ice cubes and top with chamomile tea.
• Stir lightly and serve immediately – a fresh, floral and balanced mocktail.

Sakura Ice Latte

Ingredients – Azuki Milk Foam:

1.5 cl Le Fruit de Monin Azuki Red Bean
10 cl low-fat milk

Latte mix:

• 1 cl Monin Cherry Blossom Syrup
• 0.5 cl Monin Grenadine Syrup
• 10 cl milk
• 1 espresso shot

Procedure:
Blend Le Fruit de Monin Azuki Red Bean with skim milk until you get a fluffy and creamy foam. Set aside.
Pour the Cherry Blossom and Grenadine syrup together with the milk into a glass.

Fill the glass with ice cubes and carefully pour the espresso on top for the classic layered effect. Top with the fluffy Azuki milk foam and serve immediately.

Ingredients: Sugar, water, acid (citric acid), natural flavouring, sweet potato, apple and black carrot concentrates. Contains cherry blossom extract.
