When President Olivier Monin asked for a syrup flavor that would remind him of Nestlé's Galak® white chocolate brand, MONIN White Chocolate syrup was born.
A derivative of chocolate since it does not contain cocoa solids, white chocolate is made from cocoa butter, which gives it its buttery flavor.
MONIN White Chocolate's seductive, buttery notes blend well with other flavors and can be used in hot or cold dessert drinks to conjure up tempting lattes, milkshakes, mochas, frappes and martinis.
 

RECIPES WITH MONIN SYRUP:

Green Mint Dessert

• 1 cl Green mint syrup
• 1 cl Monin white chocolate syrup
• 4 cl Vodka
• 1.5 cl whole milk
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Serve in a Martini or coupe glass

 
Chocolate Hazelnut Latte:

• 1 cl Monin white chocolate syrup
• 1 cl Hazelnut syrup
• 18 cl Sweet milk
• 1 shot of Espresso

White Chocolate Passion martini:

• 1.5 cl MONIN Passion fruit syrup
• 1 cl MONIN Monin white chocolate syrup
• 4.4 cl of vodka
• 1.5 cl passion fruit juice 
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your shaker and shake thoroughly. Serve in a Martini glass
