Monin is one of the most recognized syrup brands in Denmark. Many bars are already using Monin white chocolate syrup.

When President Olivier Monin requested a syrup flavor reminiscent of Nestlé's white chocolate brand Galak®, MONIN White Chocolate syrup was born.
A derivative of chocolate, since it does not contain cocoa solids, white chocolate is made from cocoa butter, giving it its creamy flavor.
MONIN White Chocolate's seductive, creamy notes blend well with other flavors and can be used in hot or cold dessert drinks to create tempting lattes, milkshakes, mochas, frappes, and martinis.

RECIPES WITH MONIN SYRUP:

Green Mint Dessert

  • 1 cl Green Mint syrup
  • 1 cl Monin white chocolate syrup
  • 4 cl Vodka
  • 1.5 cl Cream
    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake well. Serve in a martini or coupe glass.


Chocolate Hazelnut Latte:

  • 1 cl Monin white chocolate syrup
  • 1 cl Hazelnut syrup
  • 18 cl Cream
  • 1 shot Espresso


White Chocolate Passion Martini:

  • 1.5 cl MONIN Passion Fruit syrup
  • 1 cl MONIN white chocolate syrup
  • 4.4 cl Vodka
  • 1.5 cl Passion Fruit juice
    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake well. Serve in a martini glass
