  • 2 cl Green apple syrup
  • 1.5 cl lime juice
  • 4 cl Gin
  • 12 cl Tonic
    Instructions:
    Add all ingredients to your GT glass and stir gently with your bar spoon. Optionally garnish with a strawberry.

Green Apple Mojito

  • 2 cl Green apple syrup
  • 4 cl Light rum
  • 8-10 mint leaves
  • 1 cl lime juice
  • Sparkling water
    Instructions:
    Unlike a traditional “mojito,” this one should not be muddled. Add all ingredients to your highball glass and top with sparkling water. Stir gently and garnish with a sprig of mint.

  • 2 cl Green apple syrup
  • 9 cl Lemon soda
  • 9 cl Green tea
