• 2 cl cranberry juice
• 1 cl lime juice
  Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a cocktail glass.

• 2 cl Monin Cotton Candy Syrup
• Sparkling wine
  Method: Pour the syrup into a champagne flute and top with sparkling wine.

Candy Spritz:

• 3 cl Monin Cotton Candy Syrup
• 1 cl lemon juice
• 10 cl champagne
• 3 raspberries
  Method: Combine the ingredients in a spritz or wine glass, top with champagne, stir gently and garnish with raspberries.

Cotton Candy Latte:

• 2 cl Monin Cotton Candy Syrup
• 3 cl espresso
• 18 cl milk
  Method: Pour the syrup into a latte glass. Steam the milk with a milk frothing jug, pour it into the glass and add the espresso.
