Drink recipes with martini glass drinks:


 
Sazerac

  • 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
  • 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
  • 1 rough sugar syrup
  • Dash absinthe from your dash bottle
    Course of action:
    With your strainer or julep strainer, strain the contents into your cocktail lowball glass.


Diamonback

  • 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
  • 2cl Calvados
  • 2 cl Green Chartreuse
    Course of action:
    Put all the ingredients in your mixing glass and with your rough stirrer gently stir until the drink has cooled. Then strain into your coupe glass.

 

Brooklyn:

  • 6 cl. Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
  • 3 cl. Noilly prat Dry vermouth
  • 1 cl maraschino liqueur
  • 1cl Amer Picon


Manhattan:

  • 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
  • 2 cl sweet vermouth
  • Dash Angostura bitters
  • Garnish with Maraschino berries


Pisco Sour

  • 5 cl Pisco
  • 3 cl lime juice
  • 2.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 1 dash of angostura bitters
  • Egg white from an egg
    Course of action:
    Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your coupe glass with your finestrainer .

Side Car recipe

  • 2.5 cl. Cointreau
  • 4.5 cl. Cognac
  • 2.5 cl. Freshly squeezed lemon juice
    Course of action:
    All ingredients in your mixing glass and stir. Strain the contents into your martini glass.


Aviation Cocktail

  • 4 cl. gin
  • 1 cl. maraschino liqueur
  • 1 cl. lemon juice
  • 0.5 cl. crème de violette
    Course of action:
    Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your coupe glass with your finestrainer.
