Recipes Where Jiggers Are Useful

Ginger Colada

• 10 cl Apple juice (preferably unfiltered for a bit of character)
• 3 cl Homemade ginger syrup
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 0.5 cl Lime juice
• Ice cubes
  Instructions:
  Use your lime squeezer to extract the lime juice. Measure with your jigger to get the right amount. Pour the lime juice into your Boston glass and add the remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain the mixture into your cocktail glass.

Sex on the Beach:

• 3 cl Vodka
• 1.5 cl Bols Peach Liqueur
• 5 cl Orange juice
• 5 cl Cranberry juice
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake well. Strain into your martini glass.
