Finest Call Mango is a premium mango premix/purée with a rich tropical flavour and smooth consistency. It is designed for cocktails, mocktails, frozen drinks and selected culinary uses, giving bartenders a convenient way to add consistent mango flavour.

The flavour balances ripe mango sweetness with a light tart note, while the smooth texture blends easily with other drink ingredients.

Recipes with Finest Call Mango

Mango Daiquiri:

• 4 cl light rum
• 2 cl Finest Call Mango
• 1.5 cl lime juice
• 4 strawberries
• Ice

Method: Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in a martini or margarita glass. Light rum is the classic choice, but golden or dark rum can also be used.

Mango Mojito:

• 4 cl light rum
• 8–12 fresh mint leaves
• 2 cl Finest Call Mango
• ½ fresh lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice – ice crusher
• Soda water as needed

Method: Muddle the lime wedges and mint in a glass. Add the rum and mango, fill with crushed ice and top with soda water.

Mango Caipirinha:

• 5 cl cachaça
• 1 bar spoon cane sugar syrup
• 2 cl Finest Call Mango
• ½ lime, cut into wedges

Method: Muddle lime and sugar in a rocks glass. Add crushed ice, cachaça and mango, stir and top with a little more crushed ice.

Gin Hass:

• 2–4 cl gin
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
• 2 cl Finest Call Mango

Add the gin, lime juice and mango to a cocktail glass and top with lemon soda.
