Stylish lowball / water glass from Pasabahce Elysia.

Elysia is the latest addition from Pasabahce, known for the extremely popular glass series "Timeless." Many professional bartenders predict that Elysia will become just as popular as Timeless, if not more. Elysia features a classic design with a modern twist. Clean, simple, elegant.

The Elysia lowball, with a capacity of 21.0 cl, is perfect for water or small shots/tastings.


Old Fashioned

  • 6 cl whiskey
  • 3 dashes Angostura
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 dash water
  • Ice cubes
    Instructions:
    Dissolve the sugar with the Angostura in a medium-sized glass.
    Then stir in a little water and add the whiskey along with a few ice cubes.
    Garnish with an orange slice and a cocktail cherry if desired.
     



Caipirinha

  • 5 cl Cachaça
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • ½ Lime, cut into wedges
  • Crushed ice
    Instructions:
    Place lime and sugar in your Elysia lowball glass. Muddle vigorously with your mortar. Add crushed ice and then pour in the Cachaça.
    Serve with straws.
    If you need crushed ice, our ice crusher is recommended.



Whiskey Sour

  • 6 cl whiskey/Bourbon
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • 2 cl simple syrup
  • 4 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 2 cl egg white
    Instructions:
    Combine all ingredients in your shaker and shake well. Strain the mixture into your Elysia cocktail glass.
