Recipes that require a Muddler:

Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl white rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently so the leaves don't break apart. Add crushed ice and rum, and stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.
  If you need crushed ice, we recommend one of our ice crushers.

Caipirinha Recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 tablespoons of sugar
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaca, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with more crushed ice.

Bacardi Trick or Treat Cocktail:

• 5 cl Bacardi Blanca
• 1.5 cl St. Germain elderflower liqueur / elderflower syrup
• 2 cl lime juice
• 4 blackberries
• 7 cl ginger beer
  Instructions:
  Muddle blackberries and lime juice. Add ice cubes, elderflower liqueur, and Bacardi, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with ginger beer.

Blueberry Caipirinha:

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 2 cl blueberry syrup
• 1 tablespoon simple syrup
• ½ lime, cut into wedges
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your rocks glass. Muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and then Cachaca.
  Serve with a straw, and optionally a small spoon.

Strawberry Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl white rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 4-6 fresh strawberries
• 1-2 tablespoons simple syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
  Instructions:
  Place lime, strawberries, and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously with your muddler. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently so they don’t break apart. Add crushed ice and rum, and stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.
