Recipes where a Muddler must be used:

Mojito recipe:

• 6 cl light rum
• 4-6 lime boats
• 1-2 Coarse sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
• A little sparkling water
  Method: Put lime and sugar in your lowball glass and now muddle vigorously. Put in the mint leaves and now muddle them carefully so that the leaves do not break. Add crushed ice and rum and stir with your rough. Top with Danish water. If you need crushed ice, we can recommend one of our ice crushers

Caipirinha recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime boats
• 2-3 barspoon sugar
  Method: Put lime and sugar in your lowball glass and now muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaca and stir with your rough. Top with more crushed ice.

Bacardi Trick or treat cocktail:

• 5 cl Bacardi Blanca
• 1.5 cl St. germain elderflower / elderflower syrup
• 2 lime juice
• 4 Blackberries
• Top with ginger beer
  Method: Muddle blackberries and lime juice. Add ice cubes, elderflower and bacardi and now stir with your rough. Top with ginger beer

Blueberry Caipirinha:

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 2 cl blueberry syrup
• 1 coarse sugar syrup
• ½ Lime 
  Method:  Put lime, sugar in your drinks/rocks glass. Muddle heavily. Add crushed ice and then cachaca. Serve with a straw, possibly a small spoon.

Strawberry Mojito recipe:

• 6 cl light rum
• 4-6 lime boats
• 4.-6 fresh strawberries
• 1-2 Coarse sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
• Soda
  Method: Put lime, strawberries and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously with your mortar. Add the mint leaves and muddle them carefully so that the leaves do not break. Add crushed ice and rum and stir with your rough. Top with soda
