• 6 cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 teaspoons sugar
  Instructions:
  Place lime and sugar in your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaca, and stir with your muddler. Top with more crushed ice.
  
  

Mojito Recipe:

• 4 cl Cuban white rum
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice
• Soda water to taste (about 5 cl)
  Instructions:
  Add sugar and lime to your cocktail glass and muddle vigorously with your muddler. Add your mint and muddle gently to release the aromas. Then add your crushed ice. Pour in the rum and stir with your muddler. If necessary, add more crushed ice and garnish with straws.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2 cl Cointreau
• 5 cl Cranberry juice
• 2 cl Lime juice
  Instructions:
  Place half a lime in your lime press and extract 2 cl of lime juice. Optionally, use a jigger to measure the correct amount. Combine the lime juice and the remaining ingredients in your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the mixture into your Martini glass.

• 3 cl Monin Jasmine syrup
