Citrus and Lime Cutter

Caipirinha recipe

• 6cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime boats
• 2-3 Bar spoon sugar
  Course of action:
  Put lime and sugar in your lowball glass and now muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaca and stir with your rough. Top with more crushed ice.
  
  

Mojito recipe:

• 4 cl Cuban light rum
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime in wedges
• Crushed ice
• Soda
  Course of action:
  Put sugar, lime in your cocktail glass and with your muddler , now muddle vigorously. Add your mint and now muddle gently to release the aromas. Now add your crushed ice. Add rum and with your Bar spoon stir. If necessary, add more crushed ice and garnish with a straw.

Cosmopolitan

• 4 cl Citrus Vodka
• 2cl Cointreau
• 5 cl cranberry juice
• 2 cl lime juice
  Course of action:
  Put half a lime in your lime squeezer and squeeze out 2 cl of lime juice. Use possibly a jigger to measure the correct number. Put the lime juice and the remaining ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your Martini glass.
  
  

Jasmine Mojito:

• 4 cl Cuban light rum
• 3 cl Monin Jasmine syrup
• 8-12 fresh mint leaves
• ½ fresh lime in wedges
• Crushed ice
• Soda
  Course of action:
  With your citrus slicer, cut your limes into 8 equal pieces. Put sugar, lime in your cocktail glass and with your muddler, now muddle vigorously. Add your mint and now muddle gently to release the aromas. Now add your crushed ice. Add rum and with your rough stir. If necessary, add more crushed ice and garnish with a straw. bar equipment
