Scandic Bar Boston Shaker Tin/Tin

Recipes where this shaker can be used:

Espresso martini

• 5 cl Vodka
• 3,5 cl coffee liqueur
• 1 shot of Espresso
• Ice cubes
  Method: Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass and garnish with a few coffee beans.

Cosmopolitan

• 2cl Cointreau
• 4 cl of vodka
• 4 cl cranberries
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 grated orange peel
• ice cubes
  Method: Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass. Remember to use a finestrainer to strain out all the ice crystals.

White Lady

• 4 cl of gin
• 3cl Cointreau
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• 2 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 cl egg white
• 1 slice of lemon
• ice cubes
  Method: Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your martini glass. Remember to use a fine strainer to strain out any ice crystals.

Margarita recipe:

• 3 cl. Tequila
• 3 cl. Cointreau
• 1 cl lime juice
• 1 cl sugar syrup
• Ice cubes
  Method: Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. With your strainer, strain the contents into your margarita glass. If you want to go all in with salt, make sure before pouring the drink into the glass to give the glass a salt rim. This can, among other things, done with a margarita salt.

Amaretto sour

• 4.5 cl Amaretto syrup
• 0.5 cl sugar syrup
• 3 cl whiskey or bourbon
• 3 cl lemon juice
• 1.5 cl egg white
  Method: Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and now shake thoroughly. Strain the contents into your lowball glass. Remember to shake without ice and with a mixing spoon so that the egg yolk does not clump.
