Drink Recipes

Sazerac

• 6 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 3 dashes of Peychaud's Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of simple syrup
• Dash of absinthe
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the contents with your strainer into your cocktail glass and serve.

Whisky Sour

• 6 cl whisky/bourbon
• 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
• 2 cl simple syrup
• 4 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 cl egg white
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass.

Caipirinha

• 5 cl Cachaça
• 1 tablespoon of sugar
• ½ lime, cut into wedges
• Crushed ice

Instructions:
Add lime and sugar to your Hobstar Lowball glass. Muddle vigorously with your muddler. Add crushed ice and then Cachaça.
Serve with a straw.
