Recipes that require a Muddler:

Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl light rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 1-2 Bar spoons sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
• A splash of soda water
  Instructions:
  Add lime and sugar to your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently so the leaves don’t tear. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.
  If you need crushed ice, we recommend one of our ice crushers.

Caipirinha Recipe:

• 6 cl Cachaca
• 6-8 lime wedges
• 2-3 bar spoons sugar
  Instructions:
  Add lime and sugar to your lowball glass and muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice and Cachaca, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with more crushed ice.

Bacardi Trick or Treat Cocktail:

• 5 cl Bacardi Blanca
• 1.5 cl St. Germain elderflower / elderflower syrup
• 2 cl lime juice
• 4 blackberries
• 7 cl ginger beer
  Instructions:
  Muddle blackberries and lime juice. Add ice cubes, elderflower, and Bacardi, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with ginger beer.

Blueberry Caipirinha:

• 5 cl Cachaca
• 2 cl blueberry syrup
• 1 bar spoon sugar syrup
• ½ lime, cut into wedges
  Instructions:
  Add lime and sugar to your rocks glass. Muddle vigorously. Add crushed ice followed by Cachaca.
  Serve with a straw, or optionally a small spoon.

Strawberry Mojito Recipe:

• 6 cl light rum
• 4-6 lime wedges
• 4-6 fresh strawberries
• 1-2 bar spoons sugar syrup
• 4-6 mint leaves
• A splash of soda water
  Instructions:
  Add lime, strawberries, and sugar to your lowball glass and muddle vigorously with your muddler. Add the mint leaves and muddle gently so the leaves don’t tear. Add crushed ice and rum, then stir with your bar spoon. Top with soda water.
