• 4 cl GIn
• 12 cl Tonic

• 5 cl elderflower syrup
• 10 cl prosecco
• 5 cl Soda
• lime
• mint
• Ice
  Method:  Put all ingredients in your glass and stir gently with your stirrer. Top with soda

Gin and tonic:

• 4 cl of gin
• Top with tonic

Aperol Spritz

• 5 cl Presecco
• 5cl Aperol
• Top with Soda
  Method:  Peel a slice of orange with your Peeler and put in the glass.

Elderflower spritz:

• 2 cl  Elderflower syrup
• 4 cl tonic
• 4 cl white wine
• Fresh strawberries
  Method: Mix all ingredients in a white wine glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
