    Monin Blackcurrant Purée 1 L has an intense cassis character with dark berry notes, pronounced fruit and fresh acidity. Blackcurrant naturally has a distinctive aromatic profile, making this purée ideal when cocktails, mocktails or desserts need a deep berry flavour.

    The purée adds both flavour and body and works well in serves where ordinary blackcurrant syrup would be too light. Use it in sours, spritzes, smoothies, frappés, lemonade and dessert drinks.

    Intense blackcurrant and cassis flavour

    Pair Monin Blackcurrant Purée with lemon, lime, vanilla or other dark berries. In cocktails it works especially well with gin, vodka, rum and sparkling wine. For alcohol-free serves, combine it with citrus, tonic or soda for a simple fruity mocktail.
