Bergamot Martini:

• 5 cl gin
• 2 cl Monin Bergamot Syrup
• 1 cl dry vermouth
• Instructions: Shake the ingredients and serve in a chilled martini glass.

• 5 cl whisky

• 1 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
