Elysia is the latest addition to the exquisite cocktail glass collection from the glass manufacturer Pasabahce. Elysia is an extension of the popular Pasabahce Timeless glass brand, which took Danish bars by storm due to its simple and "timeless design" as well as its sturdy form.

Recipes:

Green Apple Gin & Tonic

  • 2 cl Green apple syrup
  • 1.5 lime Rantcho
  • 4 cl Gin
  • 12 cl Tonic
    Instructions:
    Add all ingredients to your GT glass and stir gently with your bar spoon. Optionally garnish with a strawberry.

Huge Spritz

  • 5 cl elderflower syrup
  • 10 cl prosecco
  • Soda
  • Lime
  • Mint
  • Ice
    Instructions: Combine all ingredients in your glass and stir gently. Top with soda.

Gin and Tonic:

  • 4 cl gin
  • Top with tonic

Aperol Spritz

  • 5 cl Prosecco
  • 5 cl Aperol
  • Top with sparkling water
    Instructions: Peel a slice of orange with your Peeler and add it to the glass.

Elderflower Spritz:

  • 2 cl Queens Elderflower
  • 4 cl tonic
  • 4 cl white wine
  • Fresh strawberries
    Instructions:
    Mix all ingredients in a white wine glass and garnish with a fresh strawberry.
