Cocktails with Champagne glass:

French 75

  • 3 cl Geranium gin
  • 1.5 cl sugar syrup
  • 1.5 cl freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • Brut Champagne
    Garnish: slightly twisted lemon peel
    Method: Squeeze with your lime and citrus squeezer, squeeze freshly squeezed lemon juice into your champagne glass, add sugar syrup and gin and top with champagne.

Aperol Spritz

  • 5 cl Aperol
  • 5 cl Presecco / sparkling
  • 1 cl Soda

 

Kir Royale

  • 1 cl créme de cassis liqueur (Black currant)
  • Top with champagne.
    Method: Put your liqueur in your champagne glass and then top with champagne or other sparkling.

 

Mimosa (also good for brunch):

  • 2 cl Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 cl Grand manier or triple sec
  • Top with champagne 
    Method: Put freshly squeezed orange juice in your champagne glass and then add your orange liqueur (cointreau, Grand marnier or similar) and then top with champagne. Note: This recipe is perfect for when you are going to brunch.

 

The Hummingbird

  • 2 parts St-Germain elderflower liqueur
  • 2 parts Soda
  • 2 parts champagne
    Method: Put all ingredients in your Lyngby glass decanter and server. Note: This recipe is perfect for welcome drinks, New Year etc. .

 

Bellini

  • 3 cl White Peach puree
  • 1 cl Raspberry liqueur
  • Top with champagne.
    Method: Put your liqueur in your champagne glass and then top with champagne or other sparkling
