• 3 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters
• 1 bar spoon of simple syrup

• 4.5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Calvados
• 2 cl Green Chartreuse

Combine all ingredients in your mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir with your bar spoon. Strain the contents into your cocktail glass and serve. When the jigger has been used, place your jigger on your drip tray.

Brooklyn:

• 3 cl Noilly Prat Dry Vermouth
• 1 cl Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 cl Amer Picon

• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl Sweet Vermouth
• Dash of Angostura Bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries
