Monin fruit purée

Monin purées add more fruit and body than standard syrup. Use them in cocktails, mocktails, lemonade, smoothies and frozen drinks.

Shake or stir purée bottles before use. They mix easiest in a shaker with ice and citrus. Many purées need refrigeration after opening – follow the label.
