Drink recipes

Pina Colada

• 4 cl Light rum
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• 12 cl Pineapple juice
• 1 cup ice cubes
• Blend it all and serve in a hurricane glass.
• Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your shaker or blender and shake/blend. Strain the contents into your Elysia glass and serve.
  Possibly. garnish with a pineapple rinse or with your Peeler, peel a piece of orange.

Ginger Colada

• 10 cl apple juice
• 3 cl Homemade ginger syrup or Monin ginger syrup
• 6 cl Coconut cream
• Ice cubes
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your shaker or blender and shake/blend. Strain the contents into your Elysia glass and serve.
  Possibly. garnish with a pineapple rinse or with your peeler , peel a piece of orange.

Lynchburg Lemonade

• 1.5 cl Cointreau
• 3 cl Four Roses Bourbon
• Fill up with soda, lemon
• Fill the glass with ice, cubes
• 3 cl juice, lemon
• 1.5 cl sugar syrup (taste)
  Course of action:
  Shake the ingredients and serve the rink in a Collin glass.

Bloody Mary Recipe:

• 4 cl Vodka
• 4 cl Bloody mary mix
• 0.5 cl Worcestershire Sauce
• Tabasco
• Celery
• Black pepper
• Salt

Bourbon County Swizzle

• 4.5 Bulleit bourbon
• 1.5 cl of creme de cacao
• 1.5 cl Heering Cherry
• 1.5 cl Benedictine
• 6 cl cold brew coffee
• Club soda
  Course of action:
  Put all ingredients in your cocktail shaker and fill with ice. Now shake thoroughly and strain the contents into your cocktail glass and then top with sparkling water.
