• 5 cl Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey
• 2 cl sweet vermouth
• Dash of Angostura bitters
• Garnish with Maraschino cherries

Pisco Sour

• 5 cl Pisco
• 3 cl lime juice
• 2.5 cl simple syrup
• 1 dash of Angostura bitters
• Egg white from one egg
  Instructions:
  Add all ingredients to your cocktail shaker and shake well. Strain the contents into your coupe glass using your fine strainer.
